Flowers by Peggy Hoyt c1916

Flowers by Peggy Hoyt: launched in 1916.

The perfume was housed in a clear Baccarat crystal bottle fitted with a frosted glass stopper molded with stylized flowers and leaves and enhanced with blue patina, the very top of the stopper is cut and faceted. Etched on the front of the bottle is“The Perfume of Aristocrats, Peggy-Hoyt, Paris-New York”. The reverse is etched with three small women's heads wearing wide brimmed hats, growing out of a flower basket, as well as the perfume's name "Flowers" along the bottom. The bottle stands approximately 4 1/8" tall. The base of the bottle has the Baccarat acid stamp.

This is Baccarat model number 460 which was first used in 1920 according to Baccarat archives.










Another Baccarat flacon held the same perfume, model number 342, archives state it was used in 1925.
A clear crystal perfume bottle, two sides engraved as ladies wearing hats as flower blossoms, the other sides engraved “Peggy Hoyt” and “The Perfume of Aristocrats,” frosted floral stopper, blue patina, white and silver paper covered presentation box. 4.25" tall.
